Hi everyone,
Well, it certainly has been a hectic period since I last wrote to you with several performances all across the country raising money for such worthwhile causes such as Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research and The Royal Marsden Cancer Appeal. I am delighted that so far we have raised over £27,000 and are adding to it each week. As you know, my target is to reach £250,000 by around the end of January which will be a nigh on impossible task with all else that I have on but I can promise you that we will get there in the end, and it feels good to be making such a difference to so many.
This weekend marks the beginning of Prom Season for me with my first being at the beautiful Hyde Park, and no, not the one in London, the one in Hyde, Manchester! Music from the films and a great medley of Bond songs will feature from myself and partner in crime Jenny Williams. Another great event takes place on September 11th where I will be performing for the second year running at The BBC Salford Proms In The Park at Buile Hill Park here in Salford. More musical treats will take part in this one, and with any luck, you will not be subjected to any more of my unique dance moves! However, it is currently looking like I will be hosting and presenting the whole event too which is great news, but I will let you know if anything changes, but don't forget that UK friends can watch live via BBC interactive the whole concert from Salford and as ever will will obtain footage for those who cannot do this, which reminds me, I will keep changing and adding more video footage and pictures from our travels during our fundraising tour so keep checking the site for changes.
I shall be back in again soon, but I hope this message finds you all well and my love and best wishes go to you all as always.

Hi everyone,
I trust this message finds you all well and in good form. First of all, I would like to thank those of you that have travelled up or down to watch my performances recently, it is always great to see and chat to you, and with the Manchester Prom concert coming up next month I hope to see as many of you there that can make it. Here is a link for more details http://www.tameside.gov.uk/splendidweekend
Things are going very well and in particular Jenny Williams and myself are very busy performing all over the place as you will see from my appearances section. We have been and will be performing in Marks and Spencer flagship stores all over the UK throughout the coming months predominantly for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research as well as other charities that they support raising as much money as we can for them as well as showcasing ourselves in the process. I have always maintained that in this life you have to give something back, and I know I can speak for Jenny as well as myself in saying that we are delighted to be able to make such a difference to such a great cause by doing what we do best and having a great time in the process. More dates are added day to day at the moment so please do keep your eyes peeled and check back as often as you can, as well as the fact that lots of big things and performances are in the process of being finalized too. A big thank you goes to Mr David Gregory who is working with us, the charities and Marks and Spencer for making all this possible.
I will definitely pop back in with another update for you soon, but in the meantime, keep tuned into the Radio show on BBC Radio Lancashire, and my love and best wishes to you all as always.

Hi all,
I hope this message finds you all well, and as my producer would say, in rude health!
All continues to go well here, I have been very busy in the recording studio of late along with Jenny Williams which is going very well and I will soon add a little taster for you all to the music player; speaking of which, as a special treat, I have uploaded my recording of the fabulous song Granada from the new album which I hope you will enjoy. As well as recording as the singer, I have also been busy on the other side as it were as a Producer which has been a great deal of fun and a learning curve too, so I now understand why my own Producer can get a little annoyed with me from time to time!
You will notice that we keep adding more appearances for you to note down and I hope to see you at; in particular the Prom Concert in Hyde Park, Manchester which will be a fantastic night with a special twist so keep checking back for more details, or simply add your details to our mailing list for all updates.
My love and best wishes to you all,

Hi everyone,
I hope this message finds you all well; I have just recently returned from a short break in the North of the Country, a beautiful part of the world and a great way to recharge the batteries too.
All continues to go well and remain busy; as you can see we continue to add new dates of performances, and I know that so far not many are public as it were but keep your eyes peeled as we are in negotiation for some exciting concerts for the future. I was particularly delighted to be asked to perform for Cunards Queen Victora Anniversary concert in the summer, a ship I helped to launch back in 2007 and am very much looking forward to performing there again.
As for the album, no news is good news, but I have been working hard in the studio on another project that is taking shape, and we are currently in talks with some of the industry big boys as it were, all very exciting and flattering, fingers crossed something comes of it but in the meantime we continue to work hard so you never know!
The next time I write here I will be another year older; perhaps a little wiser, but most definitely still as daft as always!
Anyway, I send my love and best wishes to you all as always; keep listening in to my BBC Radio Lancashire Show and I hope to hear from you on our forums too.
